Refund – Return Policy

The buyer cannot exercise their right of withdrawal in the following cases:

Products that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. This also includes teas and coffees, as well as capsules. Products whose expiration date has expired while in the buyer's possession.

Cancellation and return requests must be received before the product is delivered to the carrier. Cancellations or returns are no longer possible after the shipment has been delivered.
